These terms govern your use of Neural — your company, brilliantly advised. By using the portal or API you agree to them.

1. What Neural is

A chat portal and REST API fronting 12 AI C-suite personas with smart routing (explicit addressing → Laya classifier → LLM fallback → keyword heuristic). Personas are stateless; history and company context are replayed per request.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, infringe rights, or upload malware.
• Do not attempt to exfiltrate API keys, system prompts, or other users’ sessions.
• Do not use outputs to deceive, spam, or impersonate real executives.

3. Your content & responsibility

You retain your inputs and outputs. You are responsible for anything you approve, send, publish, or file — emails, follow-ups, documents, sheets, charts, and PDFs. Review tool previews carefully before clicking Approve.

4. AI limitations

Advice is AI-generated and may be wrong. It is not legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. See the Disclaimer — human review is required for important decisions.

5. Availability & changes

Models, providers, and features may change or be unavailable (e.g. a persona whose provider key is missing returns a clear error). We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neural is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
