Privacy Policy

Neural helps you consult an AI executive team — twelve chiefs, one mind. This policy explains what we store and why.

What we store

• Consultations: sessions, messages, routing logs, and your company context (industry, stage, market, goals) so advice is grounded and history can be replayed.
• Files & deliverables: attachments you upload (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT) and artifacts we generate (docs, sheets, charts, PDFs).
• Tool data: follow-ups you schedule and tool calls you approve (e.g. email drafts, web searches).

Where it lives

By default data lives in your own backend database (SQLite locally, Postgres-ready) and local artifact/upload folders. There is no sale of your data and no advertising use.

LLM providers

To answer, your prompt plus company context and recent history are sent to the configured model provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepInfra, or Ollama). Each persona declares its own provider and model. Review your provider’s policies before sharing sensitive data. API keys live in backend/.env and are never exposed to the browser.

Your controls

• Set only the company context you are comfortable sharing.
• Remove attachments anytime with ✕ in the portal.
• Decline any tool action that touches the world.
• Ask the operator to delete a session and its files.
